The program
BoxFit Body Transformation is the most complete fitness program combining each modality of the fitness matrix. We have combined weight training, gymnastics, cardiovascular exercise, flexibility and mobility workouts to keep your body constantly adjusting to the demands of each workout. Each workout brings a different challenge making your body constantly adjust while complimenting the previous workout and preparing you for the next workout through expert delegation. Workouts don’t have to be boring but they should be effective; BoxFit does both.

Motivated by progress and results from years of personal training, group training and coaching, Brad and Creighton are prepared and excited to help guide you on your path to a healthier lifestyle.
